Bake the Cinnamon Swirl:

1 | Unwrap dough |
2 | Place dough in greased baking pan or use the parchment paper to line the pan |
3 | Cover, refrigerate for at least 8hours or overnight |
4 | Let rise in warm place (85C) for 1 hour (dough will not double) |
5 | Heat oven to 375 C |
6 | Bake for 30-45 mins. Insert a toothpick into the center and it should come out clean. |
7 | Cover loaf during last 25 minutes to prevent excess browning |
8 | Remove from pan and let cool before slicing |
