Bake the Cinnamon Swirl:
1 Unwrap dough
2 Place dough in greased baking pan or use the parchment paper to line the pan
3 Cover, refrigerate for at least 8hours or overnight
4 Let rise in warm place (85C) for 1 hour (dough will not double)
5 Heat oven to 375 C
6 Bake for 30-45 mins. Insert a toothpick into the center and it should come out clean.
7 Cover loaf during last 25 minutes to prevent excess browning
8 Remove from pan and let cool before slicing
